This Training Needs Analysis is published at a time of growing recognition, in policy, in research, and among victim and survivor advocates, that the police response to technology-facilitated abuse remains deeply inconsistent and, for many victims, inadequate. That is not a comfortable finding, but it is a well-evidenced one
